Job Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Cleaning Team Member to join our team. This position involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks across different environments, including medical, commercial, and residential spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces
• Follow specific cleaning protocols for medical or sensitive environments
• Maintain supplies and report inventory needs
• Ensure all work is completed to Sarver Cleaning Services’ high standards
• Communicate professionally with clients and supervisors
• Adhere to safety and confidentiality guidelines at all job sites
• Travel to various job locations as scheduled

Requirements:

• Prior cleaning experience preferred (medical, commercial, or residential) but not required
• Reliable transportation and valid driver\'s license
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Flexibility to work evening or weekend hours if needed
